Music residency programme supports aspiring musicians by assisting in the development of their performing skills,
recording and business skills, thereby creating a sustainable pool of musicians exposed to different elements within the music industry.
The BAT also hosts regular performances, with the aim of providing a showcase for the resident musicians,
as well as facilitate international exchange opportunities, which support their learning and expose musicians to professional and international standards.
